Extended Rental Hours
Your rental spans from 10am - 12am with a bonus hour from 12am -1am for vendor tear down. That's 15 hours!

Ceremony & Floorplan
The Essence Team will set up your floor plan and flip the ceremony setup to the dance before you know it. No extra fees for moving our furniture to worry about here. For a full list of available chair and table counts, review the pricing guides.

The Suite & The Lounge
Two secure private suites and a kitchenette on the second floor are included in your rental. They are yours for the entire day.
